Job summary

Hire Consulting Services in Mattoon, IL seeks a BC/BE Urologist for a full-time outpatient role. Compensation is $750,000 per year, with physician-led, collaborative schedule and expansion opportunities across the region.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Urology Residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois state medical license (or immediate eligibility to obtain).
• Valid DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical urological interventions.
• Collaborate with department infrastructure including APPs.
• Coordinate clinic and surgical schedules to cover key blocks.
• Utilize modern surgical suites and pursue outpatient opportunities in nearby locations.
• Participate in a call rotation with clinic and ED consults (1 in 3).
• Maintain thorough electronic medical records.
