T2 Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the lead onsite technical anchor and trusted IT advisor for a premier VIP client in Costa Mesa, CA. You will drive zero-touch Autopilot provisioning, Intune app rollouts, and deep-level endpoint remediation with remote cloud architects backing you up.

This high-visibility role combines elite white-glove executive support with modern endpoint engineering.

Qualifications

5+ years in endpoint engineering or senior IT support within an enterprise.
Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (E5), Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot.
Ability to perform deep endpoint troubleshooting with privileged elevations.
Strong local network troubleshooting knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, WiFi).
Experience with remote support tools and executive-level user support.
Onsite full-time work in Costa Mesa, CA with onboarding clearance.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end device lifecycles via Autopilot and Intune with zero-touch provisioning.
Configure secure remote admin access and perform OS/driver remediation.
Use SolarWinds for real-time performance monitoring and health reporting.
Lead local network troubleshooting and coordinate with remote architect.
Support identity workflows in Entra ID and Conditional Access.
Escalation lead for complex endpoint and identity issues onsite.
Provide high-touch VIP support to executive leadership and critical staff.
Maintain accurate SOPs, diagrams, and change-control records.
