Job summary

Sunriver Resort in Sunriver, Oregon, seeks a National Sales Manager to connect organizations with our destination. You will book business, manage relationships and drive sales targets while upholding Sunriver Resort standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Books profitable business for the resort.
• Solicits potential sales leads and prospects for new business opportunities.
• Contacts clients to sell special amenities and/or extras to enhance their stay.
• Establishes strong rapport with clientele; maintaining strong communication prior to resort stay.
• Maintains strong client base within assigned market segment.
• Participates in industry related organizations.
• Books repeat business and maintains client relationships.
• Coordinates site tours for booked and potential guests.
• Assists in producing sales contracts and closing deals.
• Achieves designated sales goals and targets.
• Engages in community activities to create booking opportunities.
• Participates in trade shows and sales events.
• Executes sales plan to exceed goals and adapt to trends.
• Monitors hospitality trends and guest feedback in Revinate.
