Job summary

Rocket Mortgage is seeking an Executive Loan Officer to be the face of the brand in your local community, guiding clients through mortgage options and the homebuying process. You’ll leverage your network to expand business and deliver exceptional client service.

You will build relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources, educate clients on mortgages, and manage the loan process from application to closing while staying up to date with Rocket Mortgage product offerings

Qualifications

Experience in mortgage loan origination with a track record of obtaining referrals and generating lead volume.
Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses.
Proficient communication, time management and strategic thinking skills.
Results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals to market the Rocket brand and secure financing for homebuyers.
Represent the Rocket brand at civic and community events to drive business development and lead flow.
Establish and expand a book of business to grow referrals and revenue.
Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and determine appropriate loan products.
