Job summary

King Risk Partners, LLC, a top-100 U.S. broker, seeks a producer to win and grow middle-market P&C accounts in the Eastern and Southeast U.S. You will manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to binding, leveraging strong carrier access and a broad product suite.

You report to the Commercial Sales Leader and will mentor junior producers, expand existing relationships, and collaborate with claims, placement, and underwriting teams to deliver tailored risk solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years producing middle-market commercial P&C with a documented track record of $750K+ new premium.
• Active P&C license and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• Proven ability to run a full sales cycle from prospecting through binding and first-year servicing.
• Strong technical knowledge of property, GL, auto, workers' compensation, and umbrella placements.
• Demonstrated success building referral sources and centers of influence in the commercial space.

Responsibilities

• Generate $1.2M+ in new middle-market commercial premium within 18 months by originating, qualifying, and closing accounts.
• Build a qualified pipeline of 40+ active opportunities each quarter through prospecting and referrals.
• Convert 25% of first meetings into bound business with consultative risk assessments and proposals.
• Achieve 85% first-year retention on new accounts through proactive stewardship and cross-sell.
• Mentor junior producers and share market intelligence with underwriting and service teams.
