Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of watercraft. You will document all work, parts used, and labor hours, ensuring customers receive complete service records.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred experience as a marine technician and relevant certifications. A valid driver's license and strong knowledge of marine systems are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as marine technician or similar role preferred.
• Marine technician certifications are a plus (boat/engine).
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner.
• Coordinate with parts & service to prioritize and address customer concerns.
• Document all service work, parts used, labor hours, and provide customer documentation.
• Ensure boats are handled with care before, during, and after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow safety protocols.
