Qualifications

High school diploma required; some college preferred.
3–5+ years in commission-based sales (retail, B2B, or direct).
Experience selling home appliances, A/V, whole-home automation, lighting, or related categories preferred.
Experience overseeing customer projects end-to-end.
Strong, consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.
Self-starter; organized and proactive in driving new business.
Creative problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
