AMIRI is seeking a Sr. Client Advisor for its Valley Fair location to deliver exceptional client service while meeting sales goals. You will leverage product knowledge and storytelling to build lasting client relationships, support merchandising, and assist with inventory and store operations.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail, strong communication, and the flexibility to work varied shifts. Commission eligible with comprehensive benefits and a focus on boutique excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Retail Sales and/or Client Service experience in a luxury consumer goods environment.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and communicate effectively.
• Passion for fashion, brand storytelling, and delivering best-in-class service.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI targets.
• Maintain a welcoming, client-focused environment through in-person and digital channels.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and engage clients with craftsmanship narratives.
• Support in-floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Handle inventory, packing, and opening/closing procedures as a keyholder.
