Westlake Coach Company, LLC is seeking a Luxury Automotive Service Advisor in California. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service for luxury vehicles and requires strong communication, dependability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, diagnosing vehicle issues with customers, scheduling repairs, handling data in the CRM, and guiding customers through repair processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or the equivalent.
• Maintain a valid California Driver’s license and must be insurable.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
• Preferred Tekion experience.
• Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with several customers at a time.
• Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity; maintain a high level of professional personal appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and keep them informed about services.
• Determine nature of vehicle problems by listening to customers and interpreting statements.
• Secure agreements before repairs and schedule appointments with estimates.
• Obtain customer and vehicle data in the CRM and on Repair Order; secure payment; escort to cashier.
• Test-drive the vehicle with the customer when needed.
• Inspect vehicles and notify customers of bodywork needs with estimates for Body Shop work.
• Advise on maintenance per manufacturer specifications and promote service sales.
