Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional guest service and addresses inquiries promptly.
• Prepares condiments for appropriate garnishment of beverages.
• Presents menus and informs guests of current specials and promotions.
• Verifies age requirements for alcohol purchases as needed.
• Prepares beverages according to standard operating procedures.
• Operates restaurant and bar equipment including POS and telephone.
• Maintains knowledge related to current menu options, methods, and ingredients.
• Operates three compartment sinks or dish tank for cleaning glassware.
• Processes payment transactions following established procedures.
• Identifies when a customer has reached their alcohol consumption limit.
• Stocks and maintains beer, wine, and liquor inventories.
• Assists in monitoring and upholding safety policies for guests and team members.
• Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
• Assists team members and other departments to contribute to operational efficiency.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
