Oak View Group is seeking a Restaurant Bartender for a part-time role in Los Angeles. You will deliver beverage service, support dining operations, and uphold high hospitality standards in a fast-paced venue environment.

Responsibilities include crafting drinks, assisting guests at the bar, handling payments, and maintaining bar cleanliness while ensuring compliance with safety and service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in full-service settings.
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage service techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic math and POS/cash handling experience.
• Alcohol service certification required or can be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests at the bar and designated areas.
• Make menu and beverage recommendations and answer guest questions.
• Verify guest age and comply with responsible alcohol service laws.
• Enter orders and process transactions via POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and supplies and monitor inventory.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
