Los Angeles Athletic Club is seeking a part-time bartender to deliver elevated service at the Cub bar in Los Angeles. You will greet guests by name, recommend items, and mix drinks following approved recipes while maintaining full knowledge of the food and beverage menu, allergies, and restrictions.

Responsibilities include opening bar, stocking supplies, entering orders in POS, and ensuring accurate checks and payments, while upholding cleanliness and compliance with liquor regulations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in F&B roles
• Food Handlers Certification
• Responsible Beverage Service Certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ years old
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsabilidades

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and ready to work.
• Prepare bar opening, inspect and stock supplies.
• Set up bar, garnishes, and drinks.
• Greet members and guests, learn names and use them.
• Engage guests with suggestive selling and menu knowledge.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks per recipes.
• Know menu details, restrictions, and allergies.
• Enter orders in POS accurately and promptly.
• Ensure accurate guest checks and collect payments.
• Unpack deliveries and stock bar.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and work area.
• Maintain inventory records and par stock levels.
• Submit required reports promptly.
• Comply with food/beverage regulations and ID checks.
• Stop serving alcohol when appropriate.
• Report incidents to Outlets Manager.
• Assist other associates as needed.
• Support other outlets as needed.
