Qualifications

• Must be on your feet most of the day with bending and kneeling.
• Lifts up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience making a wide range of drinks; formal bartending training preferred.
• Complies with local laws on handling food and alcohol; fluent in local language.
• Warm, welcoming, and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome and set a positive tone for each guest experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks to high standards and highlight promotions.
• Collaborate with restaurant team for seamless food service.
• Set up bar, stock supplies, manage inventory, ensure equipment works.
• Change beer barrels and maintain cleanliness and security of the bar.
• Handle cash and credit transactions.
• Represent the brand with a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Be ready to assist with other duties as needed and follow safety procedures.
