Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and demonstrates excellent guest service and professionalism.
• Prepare steaks to guests' preferred temperatures and ensure consistent doneness.
• Present dishes attractively and maintain high kitchen standards.
• Apply diverse cooking techniques (grilling, broiling, searing, roasting, sautéing) to craft flavors.
• Coordinate timing and plating with team for a smooth dining experience.
• Maintain equipment and sanitation, report malfunctions promptly.
