Job summary

Trexon is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to deliver fast, reliable end-user support at our Hamden, CT and Crossville, TN sites. You will handle Tier 1/2 requests, manage tickets, and maintain hardware and software across Windows environments.

The role requires 3–5 years in desktop support, strong MS 365 knowledge, and collaboration with IT teams; willingness to travel between sites will be essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in desktop support or IT service desk
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 configurations across hardware
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Active Directory
• CompTIA A+/Network+/Microsoft certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support
• Manage IT service desk ticket queue
• Maintain hardware and peripheral equipment
• Support infrastructure projects
• Assist end users across EZ Form and Intelliconnect locations
