Requirements

• 3-10 years of demonstrated insurance sales experience; approximately 5-8 years preferred
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license; Life insurance license strongly preferred
• Proven success selling and bundling Home + Auto and developing multi-policy households
• Demonstrated new-business production and closing ability
• Experience generating business through referrals, prospecting, networking and centers of influence - not solely company-provided leads
• Strong CRM, pipeline-management and follow-up discipline
• Ability to sell value rather than compete exclusively on price
• Life production experience preferred; Commercial production experience is a significant advantage
• Strong personal accountability and ability to perform effectively in a remote, production-driven environment
• Ability to attend initial onsite training in Kennesaw and periodic required in-person meetings
• Be prepared to discuss recent production in measurable terms, including new households, Home policies, Auto policies, Home/Auto bundles, new-business premium, quote-to-bind performance, self-generated business, referrals, Life production and Commercial production
• Candidates may be asked to substantiate performance through appropriate redacted production reports, performance records, awards or professional references. No confidential customer information should be provided
