Qualifications

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain one.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health licenses.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills.

• Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell insurance products and services to new and existing customers.
• Prospect and contact potential customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Generate new business through lead development, networking, and community involvement.
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of developments.
• Cross-sell and up-sell, including bundling auto, home, life policies.
• Meet sales goals by coordinating with the agent on monthly quotas.
• Educate clients to help them choose the right insurance options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and loyalty.
• Explain policy features and eligibility to customers.
