Farmers Insurance District 44-14 in Atlanta is seeking two seasoned insurance sales producers with a verifiable track record of success for an agency in Kennesaw with tremendous potential to be a top agency nationally. The roles require building multi-policy households and proactive new-business development.

Qualifications

3–10 years of demonstrated insurance sales experience; approximately 5–8 years preferred.
Active Property & Casualty insurance license; Life license strongly preferred.
Proven success selling and bundling Home + Auto and developing multi-policy households.
Demonstrated new-business production and closing ability.

Responsibilities

Sell and bundle Home + Auto policies and develop multi-policy households.
Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, networking and centers of influence, not solely company-provided leads.
Maintain strong CRM, pipeline-management and follow-up discipline.
