Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty license.
• Three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
• Proven track record of managing a professional book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients within Westminster and surrounding areas.
• Conduct in-depth insurance reviews to identify gaps in coverage and propose effective solutions.
• Guide clients through complex policy decisions with clarity and transparency.
• Collaborate with underwriting and administrative staff to ensure seamless policy binding and onboarding.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local networking events to foster community ties and increase brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure compliance and top-tier service standards.
