Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty license required.
• Three+ years of direct-to-consumer insurance sales experience.
• Ability to navigate complex carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Strong consultative selling and portfolio-building skills.
• Proficiency with Agency Management Systems and comparative rater software.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
