Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• 3+ years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-level client advisory roles.
• Deep understanding of risk management and complex policy structures.
• Demonstrated history of maintaining high client retention and building a referral-based business.
• Experience with CRM to manage a dense pipeline of prospects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our footprint within the Pittsburgh region.
• Conduct needs-analysis sessions with high-net-worth individuals and business owners to identify gaps in coverage.
• Negotiate favorable terms with top-tier carriers for bespoke protection solutions.
• Nurture existing client relationships through proactive reviews and value-added communication.
• Collaborate with underwriting and support teams to streamline applications and policy issuance.
• Participate in local industry events to strengthen reputation and visibility.
