You will conduct needs assessments, manage leads, explain policy coverages clearly, process applications and renewals, and stay current on regulations to be a trusted advisor for the local community.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client advising.
• Exceptional ability to listen and articulate complex coverage details in clear, simple language.
• Proficiency in using agency management systems and digital lead tracking software.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals in a service-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions for families and business owners in Aliquippa.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of new leads while actively deepening relationships with existing clients.
• Explain policy coverages, exclusions, and potential risks with complete honesty and transparency.
• Process applications, renewals, and change requests accurately to ensure our clients remain properly protected at all times.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to refine our sales processes and elevate the service experience we offer to our local community.
• Stay updated on changing regulations and market conditions to act as a truly knowledgeable advisor for your clients.
