Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty license is required.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and policy structures.
• Experience building and maintaining a client base.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local families and businesses to understand protection needs.
• Develop customized insurance solutions for peace of mind.
• Provide clear explanations of coverage options to help clients decide.
• Manage and nurture a growing portfolio of policyholders with ongoing contact.
• Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements with high detail.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to resolve questions and ensure smooth service.
