Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in Connecticut.
• Minimum two years in insurance sales or customer-facing role.
• Ability to listen deeply and identify right coverage.
• Comfort with digital documentation and agency systems.
• Familiarity with Torrington community is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local residents to assess life circumstances and coverage needs.
• Explain available options in clear, helpful terms.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of new business via networking and outreach.
• Review existing policies to ensure adequate protection.
• Collaborate with the local office staff to ensure accurate policy handling.
• Keep workspace organized and log client interactions.
