Saint Cyr Partners in Munster, IN seeks a Laborist for a full-time, inpatient obstetric and gynecologic role. The position offers a competitive base salary of $320,000–$400,000 per year, with relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and 403(b) with employer match.

Responsibilities include managing active labor, routine deliveries, C-sections, and leading obstetric emergencies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and utilizing EPIC EMR

Competenze

• Board certification or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Eligible for Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA where required.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Mansioni

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor and deliveries.
• Manage a 144-hour per month schedule (1,728 hours yearly).
• Coordinate phone availability with hospitalist shift rotations.
• Use EPIC EMR with AI features to streamline documentation and workflows.
• Lead obstetric emergencies, triage, and admissions.
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine, pediatrics, and APN staff.
