Crane 1 Services is seeking a driven Sales Hunter to expand our national footprint in crane inspection, maintenance, and modernization. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, targeting plant managers and facility owners with solutions that improve uptime and safety.

The role offers a base salary of $75k–$85k plus aggressive commissions, a car allowance, full benefits, and a strong support structure behind a well-established brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, prospecting & lead generation—cold calls and outreach.
• On-site appointments with plant managers and key decision-makers.
• Deliver tailored presentations to impact uptime and safety.
