Crane 1 Services is seeking an experienced Sales Hunter to drive growth in the industrial services market. You will quote, prospect, and generate leads, door-to-door to plant managers and decision-makers, delivering tailored presentations to increase uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of proven outside B2B sales experience, thrives on competition, and can manage a sales pipeline using a CRM. A strong communicator with self-motivation will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven, outside B2B sales experience in industrial environments.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, construction, or MRO sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven and able to work independently.
• Strong communicator with excellent follow-up and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Quoting, Prospecting & Lead Generation; cold calls and outreach to own territory.
• On-site appointments with plant managers and key decision-makers.
• Deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate value and impact.
