Dynamic EcoHome is seeking an Energy Sales Consultant to close high-ticket residential solar and storage solutions in Texas. You will work from warm, company-provided leads, conduct in-home energy assessments, and present clear financial proposals to homeowners, driving immediate savings and energy independence.

You will operate autonomously within your territory, manage your schedule, and strive to exceed regional benchmarks while earning rapid, uncapped commissions and a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
• Proven track record in a direct sales, commission-based, or high-interaction customer-facing environment (any tenure; track record and drive matter most).
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and active listening skills.
• Clean background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Lead autonomous closures from initial consultation to final contract execution in your territory.
• Attend scheduled, warm appointments and deliver thorough energy assessments and compelling financial proposals.
• Capitalize on company-provided opportunities while leveraging self-generated opportunities and referrals to grow your pipeline.
• Overcome objections and guide homeowners through complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.
