Qualifications

• Proven direct sales, retail sales, tele-sales, or account management experience—track record, work ethic, and hunger to win matter most.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and virtual presence on camera.
• Comfort using CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital proposal tools.

Responsibilities

• Run structured, high-impact virtual consultations with homeowners across Texas.
• Maximize company-provided virtual appointments while leveraging referrals and secondary pipeline opportunities.
• Address financial, technical, and timing objections with authority, transparency, and confidence.
• Engage in daily pipeline reviews, script refinement, and closing workshops to increase deal volume.
