Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to detect and prevent security risks.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems; respond to incidents.
• Investigate disturbances, emergencies, or accidents and document findings.
• Escort guests and employees as needed for safety, especially during late hours or emergencies.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security regulations.
• Respond to guest safety concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in crowd control and access management during events.
• Conduct safety checks on fire exits, doors, and emergency equipment.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, violence, or vandalism.
