Job summary

Intown Golf Club in Raleigh, NC is seeking a friendly Host to be the first impression of our elite hospitality. Earn $16.00-$19.00 per hour plus premium benefits and perks, with opportunities for professional growth.

As a Host, you’ll greet members and guests, escort them to seating, manage reservations, coordinate floor flow with servers and bar staff, answer inquiries, and help maintain a polished front desk and reception area.

Qualifications

• Previous Host experience within a fine dining restaurant, upscale casual concept, or private club environment.
• Strong organizational skills to monitor the entire room layout and sustain long hours of standing and walking.
• Personable, articulate and professional communication skills both over the phone and in person; high school diploma or equivalent.
• A proven history of service excellence and full availability to work peak club hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Elite Welcome: Greet members and guests warmly, escort to tables or bays, provide menus and answer initial questions.
• Floor Coordination: Optimize dining room and club seating patterns with servers and bar staff for balanced workloads.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage phone inquiries, assist with reservations, support merchandise sales, keep reception area pristine.
• Team Synergy: Work with service and management teams to maintain fluid, high-quality pacing across the dining and entertainment floor.
