Job summary

AT&T Naperville is looking for Installation Technicians to install and activate broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and small businesses. You’ll work independently, meet new people daily, and be rewarded for delivering best-in-class service.

You’ll need a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. AT&T provides extensive training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces.
Willing to overtime, weekends, and emergency callouts.

Responsibilities

Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services at customer locations.
Work independently in customers' homes and businesses.
Diagnose issues and solve problems to ensure seamless service.
Maintain ladder safety and follow safety protocols.
