Job summary

AT&T is hiring Installation Technicians to install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and small businesses. You will work independently, deliver excellent service, and connect customers to essential technology every day.

Role involves meeting new people, solving problems, and handling ladders and cables with safety in mind. A flexible schedule, overtime, and holiday work are available where needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Able to lift and move up to 60 lbs and work at heights up to 28 ft.
• Identify wire and cable colors as part of installation tasks.
• Must qualify on pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers' homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and provide best-in-class service.
• Meet customers daily, solve problems, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform installations including ladders, wiring, and network activation.
