Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Installation Technician to deliver in-home and business installations of high‑speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services. You will work independently in customers’ homes, solving problems and delivering best‑in‑class service while representing a trusted technology provider.

The role offers a 40-hour week, opportunities to work evenings and weekends, and comprehensive benefits. Training will be provided to ensure safety and network activation proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Lift and move up-to 60 lbs.
• Be available for overtime, emergency callouts and holiday work.
• Identify wire and cable colors.
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install and activate high-speed broadband, Wi‑Fi, and voice services at customers’ homes and businesses.
• Work independently as a trusted expert and meet new customers daily.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while following safety procedures.
