Job summary

Orkin in the United States is hiring an Orkin Sales Inspector to translate drive and people skills into a rewarding, long-term sales career backed by the Orkin Guarantee. You’ll perform 360 inspections, explain practical pest-control solutions, and build trusted relationships with homeowners.

This role includes an award-winning training program, a company vehicle, uncapped commissions, and a path for growth with competitive pay and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred!
• Ability to work independently in the field and while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
