Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care in the home or alternate infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care. You will work under supervision while ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and experience in infusion nursing. Travel up to 100% may be required, with comprehensive training and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license required in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use nursing tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care for home patients.
• Evaluates patient progress toward goals during visits.
• Educates patients and families on prescribed therapy and self-care.
• Documents visits in real time and coordinates with the clinical team.
