Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Personal Lines High Net Worth Account Executive to steward client relationships, assess exposures, and tailor insurance programs. You will review loss history, advise on appropriate coverage, and stay current with market changes while delivering exceptional service.

This role requires a minimum of 5–7 years in personal lines with HNW experience, a P&C license, and strong communication skills. On-site collaboration with internal teams and carriers is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher is desired or equivalent experience.
• Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Experience with agency management software; APPLIED EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships to be the trusted advisor and primary contact for personal insurance.
• Review exposures, loss history and current coverage; recommend appropriate products and services.
• Provide proactive day-to-day client service and anticipate client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and resources to support client outcomes.
• Manage renewals to maximize retention and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver professional, timely, and accurate communication with clients and carriers.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in the agency management system.
