TNT Growth Corp is seeking an elite Google Ads expert to drive revenue for a portfolio of client accounts. This is a remote leadership role where you will set performance standards, coach growth managers, and own account health across multiple pods.

You will lead strategic initiatives, optimize bidding and conversion signals, and partner closely with executive stakeholders to scale the team and client results. Expect strong growth opportunities and high accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-depth Google Ads platform experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership over media buyers.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing agency.
• Strong AI prowess: ability to create and manage agents and automations.
• Effective organization and communication skills.
• Ability to project manage and present to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the Cross-Pod Performance Standard and set the benchmark for all active accounts.
• Run the Weekly Account-Health Review and report health to leadership.
• Lead Red-Account Rescues and coordinate resources to execute the save plan.
• Coach Pod Leads on performance craft with data-driven feedback.
• Partner with Head of Growth on capacity planning and expansion decisions.
• Own the AI-assisted account-health layer and pilot new workflows.
