Job summary

TNT Growth Corp is seeking a Google Ads platform expert with agency experience to drive revenue for our clients. This role goes beyond media buying, focusing on platform mastery, strategic coaching, and cross-pod performance standards.

You’ll lead account health, coach Growth Managers, and own AI-assisted reviews while collaborating with the Head of Growth. Fully remote with strong compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of in-depth Google Ads Platform experience and expertise.
• Retention and account triage experience and expertise.
• 2+ years of team leadership over media buyers.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing agency.
• Strong AI prowess: ability to create and manage agents, skills, and automations.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cross-Pod Performance Standard - set and maintain the benchmark for all active accounts.
• Run the Weekly Account-Health Review and present to Head of Growth.
• Lead Red-Account Rescues with cross-pod resources.
• Coach Pod Leads on Performance Craft with data-driven guidance.
• Partner with the Head of Growth on capacity and expansion decisions.
• Own the AI-assisted account-health layer and pilot scalable workflows.
