Omni La Costa Resort & Spa seeks a seasoned Golf Sales Manager to drive golf-related revenue from groups, leisure guests, and event organizers. You will lead negotiations, build lasting client relationships, and coordinate with Golf Operations, Resort Sales, and Revenue Management to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales and revenue goals.
• Experience selling luxury golf experiences, tournaments, resort group business, or comparable hospitality products.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of golf revenue management, pricing strategy, and distribution channels.
• Ability to analyze business trends and develop strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, contract, and service golf buddy groups.
• Support golf arrangements and requests from leisure guests, including wholesale.
• Assist large group sellers with programs that maximize revenues and tee sheets.
• Maintain golf space and coordinate activations and experiences for in-house groups.
• Generate and service local golf tournaments and outings for organizations not requiring overnight accommodations.
• Collaborate with Golf Operations to maximize total resort revenue.
