Omni La Costa Resort & Spa is seeking a Golf Cart Attendant in Carlsbad, CA. The role supports guest services by maintaining cart fleet, assisting with club handling, and coordinating with golf tournament staff. You will work in all weather, lift heavy loads, and uphold Omni’s high standards.

This full-time position requires reliability, teamwork, and a professional presence to ensure a seamless guest experience on the course and in the cart staging areas.

Qualifications

• Familiar with playing golf and a working knowledge of the game.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be able to safely operate golf carts.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest enthusiastically.
• Perform duties around the bag room, such as club cleaning and transferring clubs.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Assist coordination of outside services for golf tournaments.
• Ensure presentation according to Omni Hotels standards.
• Protect guest assets and golf clubs.
• Detail and maintain golf course equipment and facilities (carts, workstation, range, trash).
• Fuel and clean golf cart fleet.
• Organize cart barn.
• Maintain cleanliness of Pro Shop drive and entrance.
• Represent the resort professionally.
