Job summary

The Singer Oceanfront Resort on Singer Island, Florida, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor. You will lead the front desk team, manage check-in/out, and ensure guest service excellence in a vibrant beachside setting.

You will train staff, handle inquiries, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, and ensure accurate reservations and billing. This on-site role rewards strong leadership and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Six months Front Desk experience.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Hilton experience a plus.
• Strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations including check-in/out.
• Lead and motivate front desk team to deliver service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations and billing.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve guest experience.
