Job summary

C2 Tactical Mesa is seeking an instructor to provide classroom training across pistol, rifle, and shotgun platforms and to teach specialty courses including youth safety and ccw. The role requires maintaining a safe classroom environment and preparing the training space before and after each session.

The incumbent will deliver lectures with PowerPoint, complete required paperwork for class feedback, and represent C2 Tactical as part of the instructor team.

Qualifications

• Certification to instruct firearms (NRA Pistol or USCCA CCHDF) is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and clear safety focus are required.
• Ability to operate an indoor multi-lane range safely.
• Set up and reset classroom equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CORE pistol/rifle/shotgun classes and specialty courses.
• Present using PowerPoint and classroom tech; provide safety briefings.
• Assist customers with safe equipment use and training recommendations.
• Maintain classroom readiness and log teaching hours for payment.
