Job summary

Concealed Coalition is seeking a Firearms Safety Instructor to educate individuals on safe and responsible firearm use. You will deliver comprehensive training, assess student progress, and promote safety across ranges and learning environments.

The role requires NRA/POST/USCCA certifications, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You will coordinate with our Training Department to ensure quality instruction and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have NRA/POST/USCCA certifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, firearms instruction or related field.
• Demonstrates cognitive ability to conduct fact-finding and organize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions delivering Concealed Coalition programs on firearm safety for varied skill levels.
• Instruct handling, operation, storage, and maintenance of firearms.
• Demonstrate safety protocols and educate on local, state, and federal firearm laws.
• Promote a culture of safety and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Stay updated on safety practices, technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Maintain training records and communicate effectively with students.
