Qualifications

• Must hold NRA/POST/USCCA certifications and maintain them while employed.
• At least 1 year of sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related experience preferred.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to follow and teach safety protocols and laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concealed Coalition training programs on firearm safety to diverse skill levels.
• Instruct on proper firearm handling, operation, storage, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate safety protocols and enforce range safety during sessions.
• Educate on local, state, and federal firearm laws and self-defense implications.
• Assess student skills, provide feedback, and promote safe and effective use.
• Maintain training records, attendance, topics, and assessments.
• Stay updated on firearm tech, safety practices, and legislative changes.
• Operate range equipment, set up projectors, and queue training videos.
• Assist with scheduling (TimeTap) and payments (Concur) as needed.
• Promote Concealed Coalition memberships and Firearms Legal Protection.
