Job summary

C2 Tactical in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Instructor to provide classroom instruction across pistol, rifle, and shotgun platforms. You will also teach youth safety, CCW, and preparedness while maintaining a safe classroom environment.

Responsibilities include delivering lectures with PowerPoint, performing safety briefings, and assisting customers with equipment use. Ensure rooms are prepared and documentation is completed.

Qualifications

• NRA Pistol Instructor and/or USCCA CCHDF Instructor Certification is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Superior firearms safety knowledge is essential.
• Ability to safely run an indoor multi‑lane shooting range.
• Ability to set and reset classroom equipment and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CORE classes (100-300 level) across pistol, rifle, and shotgun.
• Teach specialty classes (youth safety, ccw, preparedness) and provide safety briefings.
• Assist customers with safe use of equipment and training guidance.
• Maintain classrooms, prep before/after classes, and ensure no live ammo in instruction rooms.
• Log teaching hours for payment and ongoing professional development.
