Concealed Coalition is seeking a Firearms Safety Instructor to educate individuals on safe and responsible firearm use. You will teach beginners to experienced shooters, covering handling, storage, and operation while upholding safety and legal standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, feedback to students, and ongoing professional development. Training sessions may require range oversight and collaboration with our Training Department.

Qualifications

• Must hold NRA/POST/USCCA certifications as a baseline credential.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related field preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate, assess, and mentor students in firearm safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concealed Coalition training programs on firearm safety to a range of learners.
• Instruct proper firearm handling, storage, and operation with emphasis on safety protocols.
• Educate on local, state, and federal firearm laws and ethical implications of use.
• Maintain accurate training records and communicate with students and staff.
