Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences directly at customers' homes in Florida. The role offers uncapped commission with top earners reaching $100,000, and a starting range of $60,300 to $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You will connect with customers through scheduled appointments, perform hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery to keep customers connected.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Paid training to set you up for success in the field.
• Engage with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
• Drive to customer sites for appointments (vehicle provided for official use).
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
