Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Alcohol beverage and food safety certification required.
• Of legal age (twenty-one) to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages required.
• One year or more experience in bartending preferred in fast-paced events.

Responsabilités

• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Requests additional supplies as necessary and stocks the bar.
• Able to setup, execute, and tear down a satellite bar.
• Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks prior to opening the bar.
• Greets members and guests with a ready to serve attitude.
• Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks to members and guests and according to standard recipes.
• Collects checks and payments for drinks served.
• Reports complaints to a manager as they occur.
• Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment.
• Maintains records of liquors, beers, and wine to ensure bar stock is maintained.
• Cleans and locks the bar area according to closing procedures.
• Ensures proper storage, labeling, dating, and rotation of food items.
