Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Bartender to craft cocktails, pour beer, and deliver great food, drinks, and FUN in a fast-paced setting. You’ll be the guest ambassador, guide upsells, and maintain safety standards while delivering timely service in Missouri.

We require 6 months of bartending experience, a 21+ age, and an alcohol certification. The role offers a lively culture, growth opportunities, and a supportive team that values guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of bartending experience.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification as required.
• Clear communication with Management, Team Members and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome Guests and provide exceptional service.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate needs.
• Create memorable experiences with great service.
• Adhere to liquor laws and policies.
• Process payments and assist Guests leaving.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar with side duties.
